You will find many notes that are blank, one sentence long, or link to nowhere. These are my "seedlings", aka my new ideas I've taken note of ("planted") but haven't had time to fully develop and flesh out ("garden") yet. So as I go throughout the day, or am writing a note, I will think "That should be its own note", so I will go ahead and double bracket it so it becomes a wikilink to a new note. This creates an orphan note on my Graph View, and when I do my weekly note gardening I will see it and know it is something I need to pay attention to.

So when you see a link you can't click because the note doesn't exist, just wait a bit and check back later to see if I have developed it yet. If you click a link and you see only a sentence or you feel like the note is missing context or you think it should have more information, chances are you are correct, so check back sometime to see if I have learned anything new and developed the seedling any further.
