Dubbed the father of experimental psychology after he started the first psychology lab in Leipzig, Germany. He wanted to understand the building blocks of consciousness. He created the method of Introspection to allow people to explain their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and sensations when they were presented with external stimuli.
